Absolute worst rude obnoxious thieving customer service
This place is also known as Old Cairo Hookah Lounge (not to be confused with the place with a similar name 1 block east) and has the worst possible customer service.
The main guy working there is a black muslim guy called Khalid with the absolute worst attitude anyone could have towards customers. He's an angry donkey with the mind of a retard who has zero clue on American style customer service.
He will never serve you properly, won't refill the coals on the hookah. If you say the internet isn't working, he shrugs and doesn't bother rebooting it.
This black guy Khalid idiot of a moron even argues with customers to the point of driving them away. There's a lot of customers who drive by the location and if he's working, just drive on.
The owner of the establishment, a bald headed middle eastern guy is also a complete idiot, has no clue how to run a business. He will lie to you right to your face about changing prices on the spot depending on his mood. They don't even serve any food, just candy bars.
I've been to a lot of restaurants and hookah establishments, but this is by far the worst. Its run really sloppy. These people make up new rules as they go along without ever informing you they've raised the price that day. Its a really badly run business with extremely rude customer service.
These idiots also whenever it suits them get out a prayer mat to pray to Allah back in Mecca whenever they feel like it. Its really unprofessional, treating customers like shit and then praying to Allah right in front of in the middle of the room. Stupid cheap ass crap customer service hypocrites.
They don't even comply with a lot of local county laws. I hope they go out of business. Terrible rude customer service. I give them a -5. Middle eastern people are sometimes good, and sometimes really rude and obnoxious, if they come to America at least they should learn American western style customer service as a very basic requirement.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, if you want to smoke the hookah you're far better off going to the hookah bar across the street or 1 block east or downtown.
