This is one of my personal favorites in DC. The food is great, the location in Adams Morgan is perfect and they serve alcohol and ambiance. The upstairs is great if you're looking for that cozy intimate sit on nice cushions/low tables cultural experience. The outdoor patio is fantastic for the summer.
A little more expensive but totally worth it.
