This place is very similar to places like prince cafe in the DC metro area. It does the trick and the owner/managers are very friendly. Food is ok, music is usually good and hookah is too. Kind of a hole in the wall down in Adams Morgan but don't be fooled it will get packed on the weekends.
They have a student discount too, I think it's 10% which basically means you dont pay tax on your meal. Nothing special but a good place for an easy smoke. Easier on the wallet than some other DC spots.
