Great spot in Dupont Circle area. They are operated by the same company as Chi Cha and they do it so well. Small place that serves alcohol and food as well as hookah. They're outdoor patio is fantastic on the summer. It's not a view or anything but you're on the second floor so you don't have people walking by looking in on you.
A must go when looking for Hookah in dc.
