This used to be the only place in College Park so they had a monopoly and if you love hookah you took what you could get. Thing that sucks is that it's a $10 minimum per person and the environment can sometimes be really weird. Food is fine and they sell hookah supplies but only exists because of its convenience and closeness to UMD.
Staff is nice if you become a regular
